Refactor LoadTest - Add AbstractLoadTest (including small test to sanity-check that test actually works!) - Change to use yams-based blueprints - Adds SimulatedVanillaSoftwareProcessImpl - Adds SimulatedExternalMonitor (for setting sensors on entities)
