Support build in the aarch64 linux platform (#3828) --- ### Motivation When releasing the bookkeeper on aarch64 Mac OS, it will build aarch64 linux image use to release operations. Add aol properties for the aarch64 linux. (cherry picked from commit 227b166018242d26a5299b6ed338e12632ebe780)
