[CLEAN] Replace com.google.common.base.Optional with java.util.Optional ### Motivation `com.google.common.base.Optional` and `java.util.Optional` exist in the code base at the same time. ### Changes Replace `com.google.common.base.Optional` with `java.util.Optional`.
