[BP-62] Tune the BP-62 doc (#4227) ### Motivation In the coding stage, we implements API not same with the doc, we should correct the doc to match the code.
Apache BookKeeper is a scalable, fault-tolerant and low latency storage service optimized for append-only workloads.
