Make 4.9.2 as stable Descriptions of the changes in this PR: ### Motivation 4.10.0 has been released, 4.9.2 has been running in production for a while on several known projects. We can mark 4.9.2 as current 'stable' ### Changes Update website config. Fix DLog version.
