BOOKKEEPER-1919: putEntryOffset translate FileInfoDeletedException IndexInMemPageMgr should translate FileInfoDeletedException into NoLedgerException as expected by users like InterleavedLedgerStorage.updateEntriesLocations and EntryMemTable.flushSnapshot.
