Updating the code base to run off the axis2 1.1 release. Updated the Axis2.xml's Updated the Skeletons Updated the Handlers Next Step: codegen for ws-at/ws-coor WSDL's during the build... Axis2 codegen is much more stable and efficient now, than when I originally decided to use the RawXML..
