ARROW-11754: [R] Support dplyr::compute() This adds support for `dplyr::compute()` which does the same thing as `dplyr::collect(as_data_frame = FALSE)` on Arrow objects. This also fixes ARROW-12258 so that `collect(as_data_frame = FALSE)` will never call `as.data.frame()`.
