"message": "GH-49918: [C++][Parquet] Catch std::vector allocation errors in encoding fuzzer (#49919)\n\n### Rationale for this change\n\nThe Parquet encoding fuzzer can allocate a std::vector of an arbitrary size. This can produce OOMs in the fuzzer.\n\nIssue found by OSS-Fuzz: https://issues.oss-fuzz.com/issues/506741109\n\n### What changes are included in this PR?\n\n1. Use `arrow::stl::allocator` to delegate `std::vector` allocations to the fuzzing memory pool\n2. Catch any `std::vector` allocation exceptions and convert them to regular Status errors\n\n### Are these changes tested?\n\nYes, by new regression file.\n\n### Are there any user-facing changes?\n\nNo.\n* GitHub Issue: #49918\n\nAuthored-by: Antoine Pitrou \u003cantoine@python.org\u003e\nSigned-off-by: Antoine Pitrou \u003cantoine@python.org\u003e",
