fix: Add required ASF policy links to footer

The Aries website is failing all 9 ASF website policy checks
(https://whimsy.apache.org/site/):

- Foundation link
- Events
- License
- Security
- Sponsorship
- Thanks
- Privacy
- Trademark attribution
- Copyright notice

This replaces the minimal footer with a full ASF-compliant version
including copyright, trademark statement, and all required policy links.
