post_widget.html has_access() cleanup: - remove duplicate has_access() calls - remove 'moderator' permission check which doesn't even exist and fell back to admin - fixes that non-admin moderators could not see the content they were moderating by default and had to click 'Edit' to see the content. Now they can see it right away on the page
