Fix bndtools warnings & upgrade TestNG:

- use TestNG as normal Bnd build dependency instead of referencing it from the
  Eclipse classpath;
- upgrade to the latest TestNG version (which uses a separate dependency for
  its operation);
- define a single macro to reference the TestNG libraries in the projects,
  similar as the junit macro created by Bndtools.
