Updated -=/+= to subtract/add for resource object. This is a follow up action for MESOS-5919. Based on the patch of https://reviews.apache.org/r/50553/ and https://reviews.apache.org/r/50557/, we should update -=/+= to subtract/add if the resource object is from a Resources object, since it is already validated. Review: https://reviews.apache.org/r/50568/
Apache Mesos is a cluster manager that provides efficient resource isolation and sharing across distributed applications, or frameworks. It can run Hadoop, Jenkins, Spark, Aurora, and other frameworks on a dynamically shared pool of nodes.
