Fix serializing/deserializing the message properties. Use the existing PrimitiveMap marshal/unmarshal functions. Add additional exception handling in the MessageConsumer to pass the BadConsumerTest unit test. Fixes [AMQNET-491]. (See https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMQNET-491)
